The icky not so fun kind.
She woke up last night and her temp. was 103.5 degrees.
We have been medicating at 4 hour interval since 1:30 am.

This is about the right time for her annual bout with Strep.
I will never forget the look on the doctor's face the first time she was diagnosed with strep. She had all the symptoms: strawberry tongue, sandpaper rash a.k.a. scarlet fever, swollen tonsils, and the whole nine yards. She was a miserable little five year old to say the least. The doctor turned to me and quietly said it's your choice, but I think it would mean faster recovery if we administered a s...h...o...t to which my daughter replied, "oh just give me the shot and get it over with please!"
ROTFL
I just love her to pieces!

Oh, no! What a nasty bug to catch! Poor little thing! We're sending hugs and prayers for a speedy recovery. It's just no fun to be sick, especially for those young ones. ADORABLE picture of her in her onesie, by the way! =)
Aww, poor bugga. Hope she feels better soon. It's horrible when they are sick. Strep seems to be making rounds in Maryland...along with a host of other icky sickies. Yep, that sound you heard was me zipping my family back into the germ-free bubble! Get well vibes sent.

Poor little lamb. I hope she begins to feel better very soon. I laughed when she understood what the doctor said. Smart little stinker!
