Update:

In case you haven't noticed, there is an additional child in our family photo. I would like you all to meet the newest member of our family. She is the pretty little 7 year old in the purple dress. "Eloise" now has a little sister. We have decided to call her, "Amelia Bedelia".

Look out school year...here we come!

I am so excited for a couple of reasons. After waiting 5 weeks for the results I found out that I passed the second Praxis Exam. I have to take one more before I can become a state certified teacher. which won't be for a while, but at least I have the hardest of the three tests under my belt. I was very nervous because almost everyone testing with me had failed the test a couple of times! I did a lot of praying and studying and passed the first time...PRAISE THE LORD! The second reason I am excited is the fact that all of my daughter's school shopping is finished.....I can almost hear a host of angels singing! ;-) Uniforms were very hard to find this year because my daughter seems to have grown everywhere, but her waist. Never fear though dear Beppi.... you won't have to call her Brittany Spears this year because I managed to snag the last 4 adjustable waist skirts in all of Da Parish Dawlin! Next year I might just have to buy me a new sewing machine to replace the one that got all muddy ;-( The last reason I am happy is my new shelves in my bathroom. Our contractor convinced my husband to go with pedestal sinks instead of ones with cabinets. I complained that there wouldn't be any place to put my junk. I already had my pretty mirrors and didn't want medicine cabinets. He assured us that he would make little niches in the walls next to our sinks. He conveniently forgot to tell the sheet rock guys and they rocked over my shelves. It has taken us this long to get the nerve to knock holes in our new walls, but we took the plunge and did it.
P.S. We Gave our other blog a facelift too! Be sure to check it out & let us know what you think.
This is the niche for all of my junk ;-)

Glorious Glitter...WELL DONE please!

Hopefully this background isn't too stressfull for the "Well Done Biscuit Crew." ;-) When I was in high school I worked at McDonalds in the summer. Every morning( early...very early) a group of senior citizens would arrive. Most of them ordered a senior coffee and a biscuit WELL DONE..... and don't forget the WELL DONE honey.....I like it split down the middle and thrown on the grill....cause you know if they aren't cooked through and through.....my stomach just gives me fits...etc...etc... ;-p Wow that was a stroll down amnesia lane! Well I hope that this new background doesn't give any of your stomachs or eyes fits. Love & Prayers to you all! P.S. Welcome Anna!!!! Glad you're now a blog buddy, feel free to stop by and sip some virtual tea my dear.
